John has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services. He started his career with Clerical Medical working on all aspects of Group and Personal Pensions. His subsequent career path has led him work for a range of companies, from a major EBC to an Outsourcing specialist and Life offices. Along the way he has experienced all aspects of an organisations structure, worked in detail on a variety of products across the entire lifecycle and attained a degree in Financial Services. John has worked with the Space01 team for 5 years.

John brings an extensive product and process knowledge to projects, specialising in customer and organisational insight. He helps our clients carry out detailed process and product analysis through the ability to understand both detail and wider considerations/concepts equally well.
