marissa newbold - user experience consultant

Marissa joined Space01 in March 2010 after spending most of her career at Accenture, a global management consultancy working with blue chip clients in the financial services, resources, communications and high tech sectors.

She brings over 13 years’ experience in both financial services and eCommerce .with skills based around marketing and customer communications after nine years of IT, business change, user-centred design and customer experience work. She worked in both the product and the brand marketing teams while working for Abbey National and gained first-hand retail banking experience working in their branch network.
