The AA
The AA is the UK's largest breakdown service. It has long had a well-earned
reputation for providing support swiftly and efficiently when and where it
is needed. But now the AA's portfolio of products is much more diverse than
simply providing roadside assistance.
Their objective was to leverage their status to boost uptake of their online
Financial Services products, improving acquisition and conversion rates,
making cross-selling and up-selling more effective, and enhancing customer
value.
We started by auditing usability of the site and recommending ways in which
it could be optimised. We developed a positioning and tone-of-voice that
build on the organisation's standing and presented them as a broker that
could be trusted to offer fair deals and straightforward, reliable products.
