Following some initial exploratory work, we set up a core team to work with key stakeholders at ReAssure to form a truly Agile project team. As a team, we were able to help ReAssure with Branding, User Experience, Design, API development, Front-end development and Customer testing, to help deliver an exceptional Customer Portal.

The end result is a good looking modern portal with a slick and efficient customer onboarding experience. All Core MVP functionality was delivered first creating a great experience for the initial target population. Further development is ongoing, adding enhanced features such as self-service functionality.
